A woman was arrested Friday evening after allegedly attempting to leave a store in Seneca Falls without paying for merchandise.
Police identified the suspect as Kaitlyn Hubright, 32, of Geneva, NY. Officers with the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department took Hubright into custody around 5 p.m. on May 23. According to police, Hubright selected items held for sale and passed all points of sale without rendering payment.
Authorities charged her with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
