An 83-year-old Seneca Falls man was arrested Tuesday afternoon following a domestic incident in which he allegedly caused property damage, police said.
Arnaldo Palladini was taken into custody by the Seneca Falls Police Department at approximately 4:06 p.m. on May 20. Investigators determined that Palladini damaged property during the course of the incident.
He was charged with one count of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, a class A misdemeanor. Palladini was transported to the Seneca County Jail, where he awaited arraignment.
