Deputies arrested a Lyons woman Tuesday after she allegedly stole beauty products from a local pharmacy.
Brooke S. Hartman, 31, of Canal Street, was charged with petit larceny following an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said Hartman entered Kinney Drugs in the Town of Lyons and took L’Oréal Paris hair dye and CompoundW wart remover, passing the checkout area without paying. The total value of the stolen items was $24.44.
Deputies issued Hartman an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on June 3 at 8:30 a.m. to answer the charge.
