Deputies arrested a Farmington man Monday night after a reported domestic dispute at a home improvement store in Hopewell.
Joshua Ramirez, 33, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following an incident earlier that day at the Canandaigua Lowes, according to Ontario County deputies.
Investigators said Ramirez was involved in a physical confrontation with his girlfriend and took her cellphone while she was speaking to a 911 dispatcher. Deputies later transported him to the Ontario County Jail, where he was processed.
He is scheduled to appear in CAP court at a later date to answer the charges.
The arrest was handled by Deputy R. Duliba with assistance from Deputy Macmillan.
