A prominent Canandaigua hotel has announced a new partnership with one of the city’s best-known restaurants to handle catering for all its events.
Hotel Canandaigua, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, named Nolan’s on Canandaigua Lake as its exclusive caterer for group and social functions beginning in 2025, the companies announced Tuesday.
The collaboration marks the launch of Nolan’s Catering at the lakefront resort, offering event planners access to full-service menus, bar packages, and the venue’s 10,000-square-foot event space, including the Finger Lakes Ballroom and multiple private meeting rooms.
“We are excited to partner with Nolan’s on Canandaigua Lake to bring their signature catering experiences to event planners, clients, bride and grooms and locals alike,” said Melissa Oliver, general manager of Hotel Canandaigua.
Nolan’s, a locally celebrated restaurant known for its Certified Angus BeefⓇ selections, will now extend its culinary offerings from Main Street to weddings, corporate events, and other gatherings hosted at the resort. This move expands Nolan’s catering presence, which already includes the Fallbrook House at Canandaigua Country Club.
