Police arrested a 54-year-old woman after she allegedly walked out of a Walmart without paying for items in her cart.
Annmarie Foe, of Geneva, was taken into custody on May 10 at 1:19 p.m. following a theft investigation at the Walmart Super Center in Seneca Falls.
Authorities determined that Foe passed all points of sale without attempting to pay for the merchandise. She was charged with one count of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Foe received an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
