Three dedicated volunteers have been named the 2025 recipients of the Dixie Prittie Award by the Palmyra Community Library Board of Trustees, according to WayneTimes.com. Morgan Adamson, Sandy Goehle, and Audrey Wimer were selected for their outstanding contributions and long-standing commitment to the library’s mission.
The award, established in 2013, commemorates Dixie Prittie, a beloved library advocate and volunteer. This year’s honorees will be recognized at a public reception on June 16 at 6:30 p.m., where guests will celebrate their service with refreshments and community appreciation.
Organizers praised the recipients for enriching the community and inspiring others through their volunteerism, reinforcing the critical role of civic dedication in local institutions.
