Seneca Falls’ tentative property assessments for 2025 show a $14 million rise in total value, bringing the town’s assessed total to $958.8 million.
Assessor Deborah Von Wald has filed the tentative roll, available for public review through May 27. Property owners can schedule meetings with her to discuss concerns, and the Board of Assessment Review will hear formal grievances on May 27.
Final assessments, which affect school, town, and county taxes, will be confirmed on July 1.
