Schuyler County officials are conducting a residential survey to better understand local housing availability, market demands, and inventory. The results will guide developers in addressing community housing needs and boosting workforce attraction.
The survey, led by Urban Partners, seeks public input on residency duration and future housing needs. Officials emphasize that community participation is essential for shaping housing policy. In addition to surveys, interviews with developers, realtors, and landlords will provide further insights.
An in-person housing forum is scheduled for May to discuss findings. Residents interested in participating can access the survey on the county’s website.
