Deputies arrested a Village of Sodus man Monday evening following an investigation into a domestic incident. Authorities say the suspect physically harassed another person and later refused to comply with deputies’ orders during his arrest.
Terry Gosnell, 40, of West Main Street, was taken into custody and charged with harassment in the second degree and obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree. Deputies allege Gosnell subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact before interfering with his own arrest.
Following his arrest, Gosnell was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and later booked at the Wayne County Jail. He was held overnight and was scheduled to appear in CAP court Tuesday morning. He will also appear in Village of Sodus Court at a later date to face the charges.
