A Stanley woman was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated after Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped her vehicle in the Town of Waterloo.
Sheriff Tim Thompson reported that deputies arrested Angela Lightfoote, 38, on March 15 after allegedly finding her driving with no headlights on. Upon further investigation, authorities determined she had a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .18% or higher, leading to an aggravated DWI charge.
Lightfoote was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she was processed and issued an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date to answer the charges.
