A Farmington man was arrested Tuesday night after deputies discovered he was driving with a suspended license—16 times over.

Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies stopped Stephen S. Youngs, 40, on March 11 at 10:47 p.m. on State Route 5&20 in Canandaigua for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. Further investigation revealed that Youngs’ driver’s license had been suspended 16 times, and he also had an outstanding warrant for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the second degree.

Youngs was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the first degree. He was transported to Ontario County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment.
