Brockport woman charged with aggravated unlicensed operation after Geneva crash

A Brockport woman with a lengthy history of license suspensions was arrested last week after leaving the scene of a crash in Geneva.

Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a property damage motor vehicle accident around 4:17 p.m. on March 6 at 550 State Route 5&20. Upon investigation, deputies determined that one of the drivers, 45-year-old Summer L. Brink, had fled the scene.

Further inquiry revealed that Brink’s driving privileges in New York State had been suspended a total of 18 times. Authorities say she failed to answer seven traffic tickets on seven different dates.

Brink was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. She was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in Geneva Town Court at a later date.
