Deputies conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which Loveless failed. A subsequent chemical breath test revealed his blood alcohol concentration to be 0.18%, more than twice the legal limit.

Loveless was released on traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Rose Court on March 24 at 5:30 p.m. to answer for the charges.
