The Trumansburg Conservatory of Fine Arts will kick off St. Patrick’s Day weekend with a fundraiser featuring Rock-Celtic band Kilrush on March 14 at the Ovid VFW. Proceeds will support those displaced by January fires in Ovid.
The donation-based event, running from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., promises a lively night of music and dancing. Kilrush, known for its high-energy “Triple Distilled Celtic Rock” sound, blends traditional Irish music with modern influences.
Local businesses are contributing to the Ovid Fire Relief Fund, and additional donations are encouraged. Those interested in supporting the cause can contact the Conservatory or visit their website for more details.
