A Geneva man was arrested on Exchange Street after allegedly striking another person with a dangerous instrument during a physical altercation, according to the Geneva Police Department.
Julio S. Guzman, 61, was taken into custody on February 24 after officers responded to a crime in progress. Following an investigation, police determined that Guzman had assaulted another individual, leading to a charge of second-degree assault, a felony.
Authorities have not released further details regarding the victim’s condition or what led to the altercation.
