The Finger Lakes Law Enforcement Academy, in partnership with Finger Lakes Community College and its campus police, will host a Law Enforcement Recruitment Event on Wednesday, March 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place in the second-floor lobby of the Student Center at Finger Lakes Community College.
Representatives from multiple law enforcement agencies associated with the academy will be on-site to answer questions about careers in policing and provide guidance for those interested in pursuing the profession. Attendees will also have the opportunity to receive on-site assistance in signing up for the upcoming Police Officer and Deputy Sheriff Civil Service exams.
Organizers encourage individuals considering a career in law enforcement to attend, emphasizing the event as a valuable opportunity to connect with professionals and learn about the hiring process. Departments across the region continue to seek qualified candidates to serve their communities, and this event aims to streamline the process for those ready to take the next step.
For those interested in exploring law enforcement careers, this event provides a direct pathway to opportunities in the field.
