Three Brothers Wineries & Estates is inviting food and wine lovers to celebrate Pi Day with an exclusive Wine & Pizza Pairing Dinner on March 14. The event, held at the Geneva winery from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., will showcase a five-course menu of gourmet pizzas designed by Executive Chef Gabe Dilaj, each expertly paired with estate wines.
The menu features a creative twist on classic flavors, starting with a Sweet Potato Cauliflower Flatbread paired with Barrel Aged Chardonnay and Barbera. Guests will also enjoy a NY-Style Eggplant Parm pizza with Riesling and Bourbon Barrel Barbera, a Lamb Roasted Stromboli with Sauvignon Blanc and Red Field Blend, and a bold Chorizo Deep Dish pizza matched with Riesling and Estate Pinot Noir. The evening will conclude on a sweet note with a Chocolate Pizza paired with White Merlot and a Ruby Port called Unreported.
Head Winemaker Aaron Roisen and VP of Production Justin Paolicelli will be present to discuss the wines and share insights into the winemaking process.
Tickets for the event are $100 per person and include five courses, 10 wine samples, tax, and gratuity. A designated driver ticket, which includes house-made craft soda instead of wine, is available for $73. Seating is limited, and reservations are required.
