A Lyons man has been arrested on multiple charges, including felony driving while intoxicated, following an investigation into a vehicle and traffic complaint, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Deputies arrested 35-year-old Henry L. McKenzie of Brandt Road late Monday night after responding to a complaint that began on State Route 31 in Macedon. Authorities located McKenzie’s vehicle in Palmyra and conducted a traffic stop, determining that he was intoxicated.
In addition to felony DWI, McKenzie was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation and other vehicle and traffic violations. After his arrest, he was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, where he refused to submit to a breath test.
McKenzie was later taken to the Wayne County Jail and scheduled for CAP court at 7:00 a.m. on February 18.
