Sexual assault lawsuit against Jay-Z dismissed with prejudice

A lawsuit accusing Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled. The accuser’s attorney acknowledged inconsistencies in her claims but maintained her allegations.

Jay-Z denied any wrongdoing and criticized the legal system for allowing the lawsuit to proceed without evidence. His lawyer called the claims “frivolous” and said he never settled or paid any money. Combs’ legal team also welcomed the dismissal, calling the case baseless.

Combs still faces multiple civil lawsuits and federal charges related to sex trafficking, which he denies. Jay-Z has not been accused of any crime in this matter.
