The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Courtney B. Bower on Thursday, February 13, after determining that she left a local business without paying for merchandise. Authorities say Bower passed all points of sale without rendering payment before exiting the store.

Bower was charged with one count of petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
