State police say a Village of Red Creek employee was arrested after a search warrant was conducted in the beginning of the week.
On Monday, January 20, state police investigators executed a search warrant on Seaman Street in Sodus Point.
Following the warrant, Donovan Pierson, 20, was served at his place of employment where his cell phone was confiscated.
At this point, Pierson has been charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child, which is a Class D felony. He’s also been charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child less than 16, which is a Class E felony.
The material allegedly showed a sexual performance by a young boy. He was arraigned and released after posting bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for February 12.
