Open to anyone in the community, the course will provide free childcare, light meals, and family participation options. Participants must register online, with a $25 fee covering workbook costs. The program aims to address the growing need for accessible mental health support in the area.

Classes will run weekly on Wednesdays, offering a peer-led, outcome-based approach to recovery and resilience.
