TUESDAY HS BASKETBALL REPORT: Cam Blankenberg sets Wayne’s all-time scoring record; Clyde-Savannah girls extend win streak to five

Tuesday night was filled with exciting Wayne-Finger Lakes basketball matchups as 13 games took place across the region.

History was made again in Ontario as junior Cam Blankenberg became Wayne’s all-time leading scorer in the third quarter against Newark, surpassing his brother Logan’s mark of 1,206. The Eagles remained unbeaten at 9-0 with a win over their Finger Lakes East rival.


Meanwhile, the South Seneca boys also moved to 9-0 with a victory over Naples and the Clyde-Savannah girls extended their win streak to five with a league win over Red Creek.
