A Fayette man was arrested following a domestic dispute in which a relative was harassed, and property was damaged, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Robert L. Daldry, 53, of West River Road, was taken into custody on December 29 at approximately 9:53 p.m. Deputies charged him with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor.
Authorities say the arrest followed an investigation into an incident where Daldry allegedly harassed a relative and caused damage to their property.
Daldry is scheduled to appear before CAP Court to answer the charges.
