Fayette man arrested after domestic incident, accused of harassment and felony criminal mischief

A Fayette man was arrested early Wednesday following a domestic dispute that resulted in property damage and harassment, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.

Brandon T. Morehouse, 27, of County House Road, was taken into custody around 2:23 a.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree and criminal mischief in the third degree, a Class E felony.


The arrest followed an incident in which Morehouse allegedly harassed his girlfriend and caused damage to her property. Authorities did not provide further details about the nature of the harassment or the extent of the damage.

Morehouse was transported to the Seneca County Jail and is awaiting centralized arraignment. The investigation remains ongoing.
