A Naples man was arrested on Thursday after authorities say he was driving while intoxicated and crashed his vehicle in Richmond.
Jessie S. Hall, 45, was located at his residence after Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a single-vehicle rollover crash near 6761 East Lake Road around 4:42 p.m. Deputies reported that no one was found at the crash scene initially.
Hall was later determined to have been operating his vehicle while intoxicated at the time of the crash. He reportedly refused to submit to a chemical breath test. Although he sustained minor injuries, Hall declined further medical evaluation.
He is scheduled to appear in Richmond Town Court at a later date to answer to the DWI charge.
Authorities have not released additional details about the crash or whether any other factors contributed to the incident.
