A Canandaigua woman was arrested on December 19 for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop in the Town of Fayette, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Morgan B. Kolbeck, 22, was taken into custody after deputies conducted an investigation during the traffic stop. She was then transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, where she was processed.
Kolbeck is scheduled to appear in the Town of Fayette Court at a later date to respond to the charges.
