The Finger Lakes Community College women’s basketball team delivered a dominant performance on Saturday, cruising to an 83-30 victory over SUNY Adirondack. With relentless defense and balanced scoring, the Lakers improved to 3-5 on the season in their most commanding win yet.
Ella Robinson led the offensive charge with 21 points, including two three-pointers, while adding six rebounds and two assists. Jazzmyn Lewis showcased her all-around game, finishing with 20 points, seven rebounds, nine assists, and an impressive 13 steals. Dalayla Alexander contributed 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting, paired with eight rebounds and five assists.
The Lakers shot 54.8% from the field and 50% from three-point range, forcing 17 steals while committing just 11 turnovers. Their suffocating defense held SUNY Adirondack to 30 points, highlighting a balanced team effort.
