A Lyons man has been arrested for stalking following an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies took Guy C. Rukbost, 52, into custody on December 2 after executing a warrant issued by the Town of Walworth Court. Authorities allege Rukbost engaged in behavior that caused a Sodus Point Code Enforcement Officer to fear for their physical safety.
Rukbost was charged with stalking in the fourth degree. He was taken to the Wayne County Booking facility and is scheduled to be arraigned at a later date.
