Hysick previously served as assistant principal at Livonia Central School District, where she earned praise for her collaborative leadership and student-centered approach. She holds advanced certifications in school administration and permanent credentials in Elementary and Special Education, with degrees from SUNY Oswego, Nazareth College, and SUNY Fredonia.
Hysick expressed excitement for her new role, emphasizing her commitment to fostering a supportive environment that empowers students to excel. Superintendent Dr. Matthew Barr welcomed her leadership, highlighting her dedication to student success. Hysick is set to begin on Dec. 18, pending board approval.
