A Town of Rose man faces multiple charges following a domestic disturbance at Marion Village Apartments early on November 25.
Christian Lormil, 33, of Glenmark Road, was arrested after deputies from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance on Chaintree Drive in the Town of Marion. Upon arrival, officers discovered Lormil in violation of a stay-away order of protection involving another individual on the scene. Lormil fled on foot but was located in nearby woods and taken into custody.
Lormil was charged with three counts of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree and Resisting Arrest for the Marion incident. Additionally, deputies executed an arrest warrant for a separate domestic incident on November 18, which resulted in further charges: three counts of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Burglary in the Second Degree, Harassment in the Second Degree, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
Lormil was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he awaits CAP court arraignment scheduled for 7 a.m.
