State Troopers responded to a domestic incident Thursday morning on West Main Street in Sodus, where an 18-year-old reportedly assaulted his sister and a responding officer.
Jamar C. Ortiz allegedly punched his sister in the face during an argument. When officers arrived, Ortiz resisted arrest, spitting at a Trooper and kicking him in the groin. He was charged with second-degree harassment, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration.
Ortiz was arraigned at CAP Court and released, with a court appearance scheduled in Sodus Town Court.
