A child suffered severe injuries after their motorized scooter collided with a parked car Thursday afternoon near Seymour and Washington streets, according to first responders. The incident occurred around 4:25 p.m.
The child, under 18, was transported to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse by Auburn City Ambulance. Authorities, including the Auburn Police Department and Cayuga County 911, responded to the scene.
