During the last Canandaigua Town Board meeting, Supervisor Jared Simpson presented a proclamation to Boy Scout Troop 32 of Saint John’s Church, recognizing their dedication and commitment to the community. The troop, led by Troop Leader Jeremy Kniffin, was commended for constructing a new “Gaga Ball Pit” at Old Brookside Park.
The recreational feature, built through the troop’s hard work and perseverance, provides a fun and engaging activity space for Canandaigua residents of all ages. Supervisor Simpson highlighted the positive impact of the project, praising Troop 32 for their invaluable contribution to enhancing local amenities.
“Your efforts are truly appreciated,” Simpson said during the presentation. “We look forward to seeing the Gaga Ball Pit bring joy to our community for years to come.”
