A property damage crash on Big Tree Road resulted in the arrest of a Hemlock man for driving while intoxicated, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office announced.
Deputies responded to the scene on November 19 around 10:00 p.m. after a 2017 Ford Taurus went off the roadway and into a ditch. Following an investigation, Thomas Joseph Conroy, 45, of Big Tree Road, was arrested for DWI.
Conroy was not reported to have sustained injuries in the incident. He is scheduled to appear in Richmond Town Court on December 18 at 4:00 p.m. to answer the charge.
