Owned by Finger Lake, LLC, and its owner Tom Shen, the property has faced a series of legal troubles, including contractor lawsuits over unpaid construction costs and accusations of exploiting the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
Construction began in 2017 but was plagued by delays before its 2023 opening. Despite ongoing business, the hotel’s tumultuous history has led to this court-ordered auction.
