Jake Paul defeated boxing legend Mike Tyson by unanimous decision Friday night, capping off their much-anticipated fight streamed on Netflix.
The 27-year-old YouTube star-turned-boxer won on all three judges’ scorecards—80-72, 79-73, 79-73—landing 78 punches to Tyson’s 18.
Tyson, 58, came out strong, pressuring Paul early in the fight at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. But Paul’s speed and endurance helped him weather the storm, allowing him to dominate as the bout progressed.
Tyson’s legendary power was on display, but his age and conditioning showed as he slowed in later rounds.
