Seneca Falls man arrested for child endangerment after unsafe living conditions discovered

A Seneca Falls man was arrested after police discovered unsafe and unsanitary living conditions for children in his home while investigating an unrelated incident.

Stephen Bulla, 56, was taken into custody by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department on Monday at 12:27 p.m. He was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.

Authorities processed Bulla at the Seneca Falls Police Department before transporting him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. He is awaiting arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Court.

An order of protection has been requested on behalf of the victims, according to officials.
