A Seneca Falls resident was arrested Wednesday after a local business reported a theft incident, according to authorities.
Kenneth A. Murray, 44, was taken into custody on November 6 at approximately 3:26 p.m. following an investigation that determined he had left the premises without paying for merchandise.
Murray now faces a charge of Grand Larceny in the fourth degree, a class E felony.
Following his arrest, Murray was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to address the charge.
