Seneca Falls man charged with grand larceny after theft investigation

A Seneca Falls resident was arrested Wednesday after a local business reported a theft incident, according to authorities.

Kenneth A. Murray, 44, was taken into custody on November 6 at approximately 3:26 p.m. following an investigation that determined he had left the premises without paying for merchandise.

Murray now faces a charge of Grand Larceny in the fourth degree, a class E felony.

Following his arrest, Murray was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to address the charge.
