Police charged a Penn Yan resident with disorderly conduct following an incident on October 23 in which he allegedly caused a disturbance in a local business.
Collin D. Lackey, 27, was arrested on October 25 after reportedly yelling at another individual inside a business on Lake Street.
Lackey was issued a criminal summons and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer to the disorderly conduct charge.
