The Seneca Falls Police Department has reported ongoing phone issues that are preventing the department from receiving incoming calls. In a statement, the department advised residents that if they need assistance, they should contact 911 for emergencies or call 315-539-9241 for non-emergencies.
As of October 23, the issue remains unresolved. The department emphasized that outside of normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday) and during weekends, all calls for police assistance should be directed to 911. They also requested that callers refrain from leaving voicemail messages, as these may not be received during the outage.
The department thanked the community for their patience as efforts continue to resolve the technical issues.
