It was a brutal Thursday night for Syracuse (5-2, 2-2 ACC) as they were blown out by No. 19 Pittsburgh (7-0, 3-0 ACC), 41-13, at Acrisure Stadium to cap off a three-game road trip.
Kyle McCord threw five interceptions, including three pick-sixes, all of which came in the first half, allowing Pittsburgh to take a 31-0 lead into halftime. McCord completed 35 of his 64 passes for 321 yards and added a one-yard rushing touchdown.
Dan Villari also found the end zone for Cuse, who outgained Pittsburgh 327-217 in total yards. Emanuel Ross had a career-high 78 receiving yards.
Marlowe Wax recorded one sack and two tackles in his return from injury.
