The Thompson Health Guild is inviting the community to honor and remember loved ones during its annual Tree of Lights event this holiday season.
For a minimum donation of $10, individuals can sponsor a light on the tree in honor or memory of someone special. Those honored will receive an email notification of the gesture, while a designated family member or friend will be notified if a light is sponsored in memory of someone.
The tree lighting ceremony will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 2, outside the Thompson Professional Building at 395 West St. in Canandaigua. The event will feature caroling, refreshments, and a visit from Santa.
