A Canandaigua woman was arrested just after midnight on October 12 following a disturbance at a residence on Saltonstall Street, police said.
Morgan E. Ellis, 19, is accused of threatening to strangle and kill another individual during the incident. She was taken into custody on a charge of harassment in the second degree.
After the arrest, Ellis was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment. Authorities have not provided further details on the arraignment or the condition of the individual who was threatened.
