Authorities say an Addison man was taken into custody after a roadside drug investigation.
Scott Spicer of Addison was arrested on October 11 after Bath police found a felony amount of methamphetamine in his car during a traffic stop.
Spicer was pulled over for a minor traffic violation when officers, with the help of K9 Bud, discovered the drugs.
Spicer was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, and issued two traffic tickets.
After being processed, he was taken to the Steuben County Jail and later released following his arraignment in CAP Court.
