A traffic stop in Waterloo resulted in charges after a driver allegedly attempted to evade officers.
Kevin J. Savage, 41, of Waterloo, was arrested on September 22 and charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and resisting arrest.
The arrest followed an investigation during which police found Savage operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
Authorities allege that Savage attempted to prevent officers from seizing his license plates and tried to flee the scene. He is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
