The New York Yankees will face the Cleveland Guardians in the American League Championship Series, which begins in the Bronx on Monday at 7:38 p.m.
Cleveland defeated the Detroit Tigers, 7-3, in Game 5 on Saturday afternoon to advance to the next round.
This will mark the seventh postseason series between the two teams, with four of those matchups coming in the last eight seasons.
The Yankees went 4-2 against the Guardians during the regular season while outscoring them 37-22.
Neither team has named their Game 1 starters yet, but Gerrit Cole will get the ball in Game 2 for the Yankees.
