A West Bloomfield man was arrested Friday evening following an investigation into a suspicious incident, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said.
Donald Jason Dunlap, 20, was taken into custody at 8:31 p.m. at 8044 State Route 5 and 20 in the Town of West Bloomfield.
Deputies allege that Dunlap forcibly touched two adult victims by pressing his unexposed genitals against them. The arrest followed a report of suspicious activity in the area.
Dunlap was charged with two counts of forcible touching and was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment. He is expected to appear in West Bloomfield Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
