Ithaca police executed a search warrant at a First Street residence following a months-long investigation into burglaries across the city. Last month, authorities recovered over $50,000 worth of stolen merchandise and an illegal firearm.
Isaiah Foster, 23, and Mariah Rose, 26, both of Ithaca, turned themselves in to police on September 27. Foster faces multiple charges, including burglary and possession of stolen property, while Rose is charged with stolen property possession and illegal weapon possession.
Both were arraigned and remanded to the Tompkins County Jail, with bail set at $20,000 for Foster and $1,000 for Rose.
